Primarily used as replacement on industrial drives. The classical belts are recommended in special applications such as V-flat drives. In the same manner these belts are advantages where reverse idlers have to be used, because of smaller heights.

We manufacture the entire range of Classical V-belts. The nominal length designation for these belts is inside length (Li) in inches. The length conversion factors are mentioned in the specification sheet below
BINLONG-Top Coated (Top Coat Timing Belts)
TopCoat Timing Belt is having a profile top rubber. This top profile rubber is designed to meet specific applications and it is available in different hardness. (i.e. soft rubber profile with low hardness to regular hardness rubber profile)Applications:
•  BINLONG-Top Coat Timing Belt opens up new segment of market in packaging industry and lighter material carrying application where power transmission is to be done with the help of timing belt.
•  Belt with soft profile top rubber is used for conveying lighter & fragile materials where no scratches    are desirable like in shampoo sachet making, wafer manufacturing industry and bottling plants.
•  Belt with regular profile top rubber is used in wire drawing & cable industries for giving support in    take-up caterpillar & other similar operations in manufacturing industries .
Product Range: Available in all Timing belt sections
Operating Temperature Range: -18to +80Note: Belt selection should strictly be done on the basis of temperature, top coat hardness & application
