In order to ensure the full performance of the oil pump and have a good service life, when using a hot oil pump, the following aspects should be noted:
1, open the relevant instrument switch;
2. Switch on the power supply. When the pump reaches the normal speed and the meter shows a considerable pressure, gradually open the gate valve on the output line and adjust it to the required working condition. In the event that the gate valve on the output line is closed, the pump cannot operate continuously for more than 3 minutes;
3. At the beginning of operation, the equipment in the production process is slowly heated to 100-130 degrees. The hot oil pump is kept at this temperature and continues to run. The water in the dehydration degassing to the heat transfer oil completely evaporates before heating the equipment. To operating temperature;
4. In the first 3-4 hours of operation, switch off the oil pump after heating the device to the operating temperature. Check the coaxiality of the pump shaft and motor shaft coupling. The deviation between the pump shaft and motor shaft should be controlled within the allowable range. The pump shaft should be rotated lightly and flexibly with no vibration. If the hot oil pump fails to meet the above requirements, it should be adjusted again.
5. During the boot process, always pay attention to the power reading and vibration of the motor. The vibration value should not exceed 0.6 mm. If there is any abnormality, you should stop and check;
6. After each ball bearing is operated for 3,000 hours, it must be removed and cleaned with diesel oil to check if it is damaged. If it is damaged, it must be replaced with a new one.
7. When the ball bearing on the impeller side is installed, the side of the hot oil pump with the dust cover shall be installed towards the impeller, and the heat-conductive oil shall be injected before driving.
8, by the coupling side of the ball bearings, with complex calcium-based high-temperature grease, the bearing re-installed, the hot oil pump has a dust cover on the side of the same side to the impeller side of the installation, filling grease when installed.
