Valve temperature

    The temperature of the valve is determined by the material used to make the valve. Valve materials commonly used temperature is as follows:

    -29 ~ 450 ℃, recommended in the JB / T3595-93 standard temperature t

    1Cr5Mo, alloy steel valve

    The maximum temperature is 550 ℃

    12Cr1MoVA, alloy steel valve

    The maximum temperature is 570 ℃

    1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti stainless steel valve

    -196 ~ 600 ℃

    Copper alloy valve

    -273 ~ 250 ℃

    Plastic valve (nylon)

    The maximum temperature of 100 ℃

    Plastic valve (chlorinated polyether)

    The maximum temperature of 100 ℃

    Plastic valve (PVC)

    The maximum temperature of 60 ℃

    Plastic valve (poly chlorotrifluoroethylene)

    -60 ~ 120 ℃

    Plastic valve (Teflon)

    -180 ~ 150 ℃

    Plastic valve (natural rubber diaphragm valve)

    The maximum temperature of 60 ℃

    Plastic valve (nitrile rubber, neoprene diaphragm valve)

    The maximum temperature of 80 ℃

    Plastic valve (Viton diaphragm valve)

    The maximum temperature of 200 ℃

    Valve lining with rubber, plastic, to rubber, plastic temperature resistance shall prevail.

    Ceramic valve, because of its acute temperature degeneration is poor, generally used for working conditions below 150 ℃. Recently there is a super-performance ceramic valve, capable of high temperatures below 1000 ℃.

    Glass valve. Temperature rapid degeneration, generally used below 90 ℃ working conditions.

    Enamel valves, temperature resistance by the seal material restrictions, the maximum temperature does not exceed 150 ℃.
