1993
Xingtai Shengkaiyuan Bearing Co., Ltd. (updated name now is: XTSKY BEARING CO. LTD.) is formed and located on Xinhua Street in Xingtai, Hebei. On 3rd Feb. facility was built, XTSKY Bearing Co., Ltd as a Ministry of Xingtai mechanical production unit for the manufacture. The young team started its exploring through joining frequently Canton fair in Guangzhou, South of China, and through visiting demander one by one to introduce products. "XTSKY" was registered as trademark of its company and products.

1998
With manufacturing locations in Xinhua, XTSKY BEARING advertised its series products with top-mounted final drive as an "advanced engineering improvement found only in XTSKY BEARINGS."
On 15th Nov., XTSKY merged three hydraulic seals workshops, and formed XTSKY Oil Seal Co., Ltd. The moment it set up, the advantage showed in the pouring of inquiry.

2001
XTSKY acquired Volvo Trucks' heavy vehicle manufacturing operation in Ren County, and acquired Changhing Industries, a leading replacement parts manufacturer for heavy-duty vehicles filters manufacturer.
XTSKY acquired Ren County Endiate's Heavy Vehicle filter business. Till then, XTSKY Auto Filter Co., Ltd. was born.

2002
Mr Henry Hao and Mr. Pnghe Zhao joined XTSKY as chairmen, CEO and president, and began to lead the company through a multi-year transformation.
XTSKY launched its "3R" Strategy: Rationalize, Refocus and Regenerate which includes divestitures, acquisitions, product innovations, international expansion and technical advancements.

2003
XTSKY launched its first comprehensive system XTSKY Auto Parts Co., Ltd., specifically designed for trucks and cars: MANN, ISUZU, SUZUKI, STEYR, VOLVO, Renault S.A., SCANIA, BENZ, BPW, TOYOTA, TATRA, HOWO, BMW, MANCK, and special vehicle. etc., The System combines bearing, seals, filters, brake system, engine-belt drive systems and clutch resulting over a wide range of vehicle spare parts.

2008
Before this year, XTSKY focused on domestic market and together with communication with people all over the world, XTSKY decided to turn to world market. Xingtai Shengkaiyuan Material Co. Ltd. Was founded according to market requirement.      
At the same year, XTSKY bearing agent was set in India. 

2010 
The annual capability output is usually estimated doubled than last year.  
After preface of Indian Agent, Dubai agent plays its role in Arab. 
Pakistan Commission Agent finally achieved.

2012
XTSKY launches its Russian agent in Moscow after its fifth joint in 2012 Automechanika. In the same year, the harmonious production line is unveiled, offering South African, Indian, Russian, Venezuela, Fiji (Fiji office have operates from then), etc. operators distinct efficiency and long life improvements through its advanced evolutionary. Till then, XTSKY completes the divestiture of its light vehicle business and officially changes the name of the company group to XTSKY Industrial Group Limited., signifying a dedicated focus to the commercial vehicle and industrial businesses and marking an important evolution in the company's history.
