Our carbide rods are used for cutting aluminum alloy ,cast iron , stainless steel, refractory alloy steel, nickel-based alloy , titanium alloy and nonferrous materials. They are also can be used for making carbide tools: Like PCB drills , drills , end mills and reamers , mold punches , core pins and hole drilling tools etc.
Advantages
1. With Submicron grain size and HIP sintering
2. Run-out and Roundness can be less than 5Â micron(+0.005/-0.005mm)
3. HIP sintering to ensure meterial reliability.
