On July 15th, Anhui Huaibei Linfen Coking Co., Ltd. No. 1 75 ton / hour vulcanized bed gas-fired coal-fired boiler was officially opened for ignition.
The furnace is the first of three 75-ton/hr fluidized bed gas-fired boilers designed and built by Linfen Coking Co., Ltd., using coal or coke oven gas as fuel. The boiler is equipped with a secondary combustion device and a flue gas dedusting device, which can be used for secondary combustion of unburned fuel, which is economical and environmentally friendly. This oven adopts the fire-resisting part of the waste wood baking boiler, furnace, flue, etc. When the outlet temperature of the flue reaches around 250°C, it is injected with soft water to cook the oven, and the advanced DCS automatic control system is used. The entire oven and boiler work is expected to end in mid-August, when the No. 1 boiler will be officially put into use, providing sufficient power for the chemical plant's gas purification and recycling, environmental protection and other work.
