Recently, regarding the start-up of the transfer case pump oil pump project, the Borg Warner Purchasing Representative had a substantial business negotiation with Hunan Hunan Oil Pump Co., Ltd.
The transfer case oil pump is an important part of the dual clutch transmission transfer system. The project is expected to produce three varieties in the first phase of the start-up and the second phase will reach more than seven varieties. Among the three categories of the first stage, two are for Beijing factories, and the annual demand is about 60,000 units; the other is for the SENECA factory in the United States, with an annual supply of 30,000 units.
The project will be approved by PPAP at the end of July 2010 and mass production will begin in August.
