Cat 3500 Series Emissions Receives US EPA Certification

Caterpillar Marine Power Systems and Caterpillar Emissions Solutions have jointly announced that their Cat 3500 series marine exhaust units have been certified by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) EPA Rule 40 CFR Part 1042.
It is reported that the marine remanufacture program (Marine Remanufacture Program) through the replacement of the engine's mechanical fuel injection system and related components, the overall solid particles reduction of up to 25%, suitable for many US-registered commercial marine engines registered with the US flag.
