Last year, the province's equipment manufacturing industry completed an industrial added value of 203.31 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 37.8%, accounting for 33.2% of the province's industrial added value, contributing 47.6% to the province's industrial growth.
However, “manufacturing a big province” is not a “manufacturing province”. According to the data, at present, the equipment manufacturing industry in our province is still at the low end of the value chain as a whole, and some products with advantages are difficult to supply, which affects the overall competitiveness of the industry.
To this end, the province will build high-end equipment manufacturing as a strategic emerging industry, encourage a group of enterprises and research institutes to seize opportunities, actively apply for national major science and technology projects, and seize the technical commanding heights. Up to now, it has obtained 20 major national science and technology projects, and promoted the rapid improvement of research and development capabilities. At the same time, leverage the capital market to actively expand the market and complete the transformation from laboratory to industrialization.
According to the plan, the next step, the province will use the state to encourage major R&D and key infrastructure components to independently research and develop production and the first primary use policy, focus on increasing financial input, vigorously introduce private capital and foreign capital, and implement scaled equipment. It is urgent to equip the three major measures of autonomy and leading equipment development, and to build an import and substitute production R&D base for modern high-end equipment.
