On February 9th, China's first 2200 horsepower light high-pressure mud pump with completely independent intellectual property rights successfully completed 100-hour reliability test and various functional tests in Baoji Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. to meet the design requirements. The 2200 hp light high pressure mud pump is the third light high pressure mud pump developed by Gem Machinery after the 800 hp and 1600 hp light high pressure mud pump. It is also the only light high pressure mud pump of this company. The 2200 hp light-duty high-pressure mud pump increases the operating pressure level of the F1 series of light mud pumps from 35 MPa to 52 MPa, which can meet the drilling requirements of deep wells and large displacement horizontal wells.

The 2200 hp light-duty high-pressure mud pump has the same performance as the traditional 2200 hp high-pressure mud pump, but the overall weight loss rate is 25.5%. The 2200 hp light high-pressure mud pump has great innovation in structural design, smaller size, lighter weight and higher reliability. It is especially suitable for occasions where the offshore drilling platform, desert rig and polar rig have high equipment weight requirements. At the same time, its unique new cylinder structure has good suctionability, strong pressure bearing capacity and convenient disassembly valve assembly.
