2. How to customize products?
Please attach your drawings with details (material, surface treatment, quantity, and special requirements, etc.).
3. How long will it take to get the quotation?
We will give you the quotation within 8 hours (considering the time difference).
4. Can we get some sample?
Sample can be provided, the buyers will bear the shipping cost. The sample cost is about 50-100 USD for each part, and it will be refunded after ordering mass production.
5. How does JML control the quality?
a. Including IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), OQC (Out-going Quality Control).
b. During processing, the operating machine worker inspects each size by themselves. QC checks the quality of the products.
c. After finishing the first whole part, QA will do a full inspection.
d. Before shipment, the QA will inspect according to ISO standards for sampling inspection.
6. What is the standard of package?
Standard package: bubble bags, carton box, wooden case or pallet. By customer's request.
7. What's the delivery time?
a. Normally, 5-7 working days for samples. 12-30 working days for mass production.
b. For urgent orders, we can prioritize according to customers' needs.
8. How to handle complaints?
If any complaints occur after receiving the goods, please show us photos and detailed complaint points. We will check with the production department and QC department. Immediately provide a solution within 8 hours. If re-making is needed, we will arrange it urgently and ship the new replacement within 5 days. JML will bear all costs (including shipping cost).

Heat Treated Steel Bar And Tube
HEAT TREATED STEEL BAR AND TUBE
Heat treated steel bar is produced by heating and cooling in different temperature based on the steel grades to improve the steel bar mechanical properties or machinability for various industrial applications. Heat treated steel bar includes annealed steel bars, Normalized Steel Bar, quenched and temper qt steel bar.
Annealed steel bar has better ductility and lower hardness, which can be easier to be machined. The annealing processing is usually widely used for steel grade with higher carbon content above 0.5%. However, some low carbon steel also requires to do annealing for special usage such as 20CrMnTi gear steel. For some special material such as 20CrMnTi gear steel and GCr15 such bearing steel, spheroidizing annealing is often required.
Normalized steel bar sometime is also one kind of annealing processing. It mainly changes the grain to remove the impurities in steel and improves the strength and hardness. For some hot rolled steel bars, to keep the basic mechanical properties, normalizing is often used.
Quenching and Tempering, abbreviated as Q&T is a king of processing that strengthen or harden steel bars by heating the materials and then cooling in water, oil or other liquid medium, that rapidly the change from austenite to perlite to get the proper properties for various usage. The quenched & tempered steel bar materials are usually with carbon from 0.30% - 0.60%, it is widely used as merchant bars in components of various machines.
