1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory at any time.
2. How to customize products?
Please attach your drawings with details (material, surface treatment, quantity, and special requirements).
3. How long will it take to get the quotation?
We will provide the quotation within 8 hours (considering time differences).
4. Can we get some samples?
Yes, samples can be provided, but the buyer will bear the shipping cost. The sample cost is approximately 50-100 USD per part, and it will be refunded after placing a mass production order.
5. How does JML control the quality?
a. Including IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), OQC (Outgoing Quality Control).
b. During processing, operators inspect each size themselves. QC checks the product quality.
c. After completing the first whole part, QA conducts a full inspection.
d. Before shipment, QA inspects according to ISO standards for sampling inspection.
6. What is the standard of packaging?
Standard package: bubble bags, carton boxes, wooden cases, or pallets. Custom packaging available upon request.
7. What's the delivery time?
a. Normally, 5-7 working days for samples, 12-30 working days for mass production.
b. For urgent orders, we can prioritize based on customer needs.
8. How to handle complaints?
If any complaints occur after receiving the goods, please send us photos and detailed complaint points. We will check with the production department and QC department immediately and provide a solution within 8 hours. If re-production is needed, we will arrange it urgently and ship the replacement within 5 days. JML will cover all costs (including shipping).
