Ho-Youl Pae, 55, is currently the senior vice president of Hankook Tire. He has nearly 30 years of working experience in the tire industry. Before that, he managed sales of Hankook Tire in Germany, Belgium, and the United States respectively. At the same time, he also worked for more than seven years at the top management level of the company.
Hantai Tire stated that Ho-Youl Pae had accumulated extensive knowledge and understanding of the local automotive market while working in Europe from 1989 to 1996, and made a significant contribution to the company’s business growth in the European market.
Hankook Tire announced at the end of 2013 that from the beginning of 2014, the company's board of directors and COOJin-WookChoi of the European Union and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) market will be transferred to the Korean headquarters to serve as a consultant position.
