    For the past two years, Ford researchers have been using the Google Prediction API application to predict driver behavior. Google's application can turn historical vehicle data, such as information about where the driver has been, and so on, into a practical, real-time prediction of where the driver may now be. After the owner chooses to use this service, the vehicle will generate an encrypted record based on the driving route and travel time. That is, the system can obtain key data on how the driver uses the car. After the car is started, the Google Prediction application makes predictions based on the driver’s past driving habits, infers where the driver is most likely to go at this time and place, and how to optimize vehicle performance during the round trip.

    The on-board computer may say: "Good morning, are you going to work?" If the driver is really going to work, he will reply "Yes." Then, the system will set up an optimized power system for this route.

    According to McGee, an expert in the vehicle control structure and algorithm design department of Ford Motor R&D Center, “As soon as a destination is determined, smart cars can immediately access various real-time information in order to optimize their performance, even factors that the driver may not have thought of. Take into account, for example, special lanes for electric vehicles."

    The next phase of work is to ensure the security of personal information, Ford attaches great importance to this. Ford said: "We understand that this research involves the use of personal information and location identification, we will make every effort to ensure the safety of the customer's information. One of the key tasks of this project is to develop a secure personal profile, take appropriate protective measures to ensure that specific The data is only used when the driver improves the driving experience."
