Silicone Anti-dumping Case Related Parties:
On May 28, 2008, the Ministry of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as the investigation agency) issued an announcement in accordance with the “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Anti-dumping Regulations,†deciding on the primary form of dimethylcyclosiloxane (originally organic) originating in South Korea and Thailand. 1. All interested parties in the anti-dumping case of silicone have the right to apply to the investigation authority for registration and to participate in the statement meeting.
2. Interested parties who intend to attend the meeting shall complete the Registration Form for the Application for Participation in Silicone Anti-Dumping Cases Opinion Statement Registration Form (see Appendix), and submit the registration application to the investigation authority within five days from the issuance of this notice or by fax. .
3. The application for registration shall state the name, identity, nationality, contact person, contact information, etc. of the person attending the presentation. Each unit is limited to 2 participants.
4. Interested parties who intend to speak at the presentation meeting shall, at the same time as submitting the application for registration, submit a summary of the contents of the speech (in duplicate) to the investigation authority.
5. The investigation authority will select representatives from the interested parties who have applied for the participation to participate in the meeting and make speeches.
6. The specific time and place for this presentation will be announced separately.
