Shenyang's newly developed rodless CNC reciprocating submersible electric pump sensation Daqing
On December 13, Feng Chunguo, director of the Xincheng Petroleum Machinery Factory in Shenyang New City, revealed that Daqing Oilfield had recently placed an order for ten submersible electric pumps through their corporate account and was urgently waiting for delivery. Just hours ago, a representative from Shengli Oilfield arrived to discuss the purchase of similar equipment. The reason behind this surge in interest lies in the factory’s newly developed patented product: the “Rodless CNC Reciprocating Submersible Electric Pump.†This innovative technology has already made a big impression on one of China’s largest oilfields.
Located in Liuwang Village, Xinchengzi District, the Xincheng Petroleum Machinery Factory is a joint-stock enterprise established in the early 1990s. Over the past two decades, under the leadership of its founder and director, Feng Chunguo, the small factory has steadily improved its products and grown into a reliable supplier in the oil industry. Feng has always been keenly aware of the inefficiencies in traditional oil production methods and has focused his efforts on solving them.
Traditional oil extraction machinery, which accounts for over 90% of current systems, relies on surface power units—commonly referred to as “steamers.†These systems use long sucker rods to lift oil from deep underground, resulting in high energy consumption, frequent maintenance, large land use, and low efficiency. In response, Feng Chunguo came up with an unconventional idea three years ago: what if the power unit could be placed underground?
After extensive research and testing, he successfully developed the “Rodless CNC Reciprocating Submersible Electric Pump†using magnetic levitation technology. The invention earned a national utility model patent. Last December, after successful ground simulations and performance tests, the first unit was deployed in Daqing Oilfield. The results were impressive—production per well increased by nearly 30%, daily power consumption dropped by over 40%, and the cost per well was reduced by 47,000 yuan.
Feng Chunguo’s vision is not just about innovation—it’s about making oil extraction more efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective. With growing interest from major oilfields like Daqing and Shengli, the future looks bright for this groundbreaking technology.
Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer is widely used for operation of drying, cooling powder and granule materials.
Material is fed into the machine from feeding inlet, and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluid bed under the action of vibration force. Hot air passes through fluid bed and carries out heat exchanging with damp material. Then the damp air is exhausted out by exhaust fan, some fine powder is collected by cyclone separator and dust remover, and dried product is discharged from discharging outlet.
