Before the ex-factory truck we manufacture, the suction truck manufacturers will carry out the factory commissioning. When the customer first uses it, it needs to debug the following parts and components of the vacuum suction truck. This will ensure that the suction truck will work normally for the first time and avoid unnecessary damage to the vehicle.

1, first check the suction pipe does not allow the existence of air leakage phenomenon, otherwise the suction truck will not work.

2. When the suction truck is used in the new pump, it should directly add 1-2 liters of No.32 mechanical oil to the pump. Our new car is delivered with a Manual of Manuals. Please refer to the instructions in the book for adding. For the same type of oil, a moisture separator should be installed at the suction port of the pump.

3. The oil return port of the primary oil and gas separator of the suction truck must be connected to the oil return port of the secondary oil and gas separator and the suction pipe must be made of a rigid pipe or hard oil resistant rubber hose (steel wire braided hose). Thermally deformed plastic tubes are not allowed.

4. Suction truck body is installed with spill-prevention device, otherwise it will be easy to suck waste water into the vacuum pump when using suction truck to damage the whole system.

5, the amount of oil adjusted back to the oil storage tank should not be too much, to the lower surface of the oil level tube is appropriate, storage oil supply is too easy to affect the effect of oil and gas separation, so that increased fuel consumption, and vice versa Affect the cooling, make the vacuum pump temperature rise too quickly.
