The government is saving money for peasants to study arts in Qingdao

In the recent period, when Qingdao Kaiyuanxiang Chemical Co., Ltd. drove people out of a car after the completion of the new project, the company asked which company's employees needed to call in a timely manner to allow the company to relax. These callers were farmers. Originally, the Qingdao Labor and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Agricultural Commission and other units jointly issued new policies to encourage the transfer of employment training for rural laborers. The migrant workers participate in skills training and give a one-off subsidy of about 500 yuan. This resolves the corporate perimeter.
Kaiyuanxiang company mainly produces pesticides, and its employees have higher incomes, but it requires certain professional skills. In the past, most of the employees recruited by the company came from technical schools and colleges and universities. Many farmers lack capital for the lack of technology to find jobs in factories. It is understood that there are more than 50 chemical companies such as Kaiyuan Xiang that lack skilled workers in Qingdao.
In response, the city of Qingdao introduced a new policy that stipulates that farmers who participate in vocational qualification training and obtain a national vocational qualification certificate shall be entitled to a training fee subsidy of no more than 500 yuan per person; they shall participate in special skills training and obtain special skills certificates. According to the standard of no more than 200 yuan per person, the training fee will be subsidized. For the rural junior high school graduates who participate in the labor preparatory work training for this short-term occupation (job type) in this city, the tuition subsidy will be given at a rate of 1,000 yuan per person per school year. It is reported that since 2004, the city has transferred an average of 65,000 rural laborers to the secondary and tertiary industries and trained 150,000 rural laborers. This year, the city plans to train 43,500 farmers, including 8,000 vocational qualifications and 29,000 special skills training.
The government’s strong support has significantly increased the enthusiasm for migrant workers’ technology. Due to the higher salary of employees in chemical companies, it has become a hot issue for farmers. The Hailier Pharmaceutical Company and Qingdao Otis Biotech Co., Ltd., which have always been guilty of hiring technicians, have received many telephone calls. Hai Lier's general manager said: "We no longer have to worry about the shortage of mechanics."
