The translational vulcanizing machine invention patent invented and designed by Guilin Rubber Machinery Plant Liu Fuwen was recently awarded the 13th China Excellent Patent Award. The patent developed a type of vulcanizing machine that can adapt to the vulcanization requirements of giant all-steel tires, which can run smoothly, simplify mold installation, facilitate mold adjustment, and install and remove tires. Using this patented technology, Guilin Rubber Machinery Factory successfully developed the world's largest vulcanizing press 5000-type vulcanizing machine. This machine was listed in the National Science and Technology Ministry's science and technology project, and the developed 4800 vulcanizing machine was included in the National Science and Technology Support Program. After the successful development of the translational vulcanizing machine, a number of well-known tire companies at home and abroad purchased the all-steel radial tire equipment produced by the plant and received favorable comments from them.
