Different from the micro selling, selling light trucks (including micro cards) has encountered difficulties. According to the car-to-country scheme, farmers who scrapped and redeployed light trucks by three-wheeled vehicles or low-speed trucks were required to provide scrap vehicle recovery certificates for scrapped vehicles, motor vehicle cancellation certificates, motor vehicle sales invoices for newly purchased vehicles, and public security traffic management departments. Motor vehicle driving license or motor vehicle registration certificate issued. It is this exchange request that has greatly reduced the effect of light trucks to the countryside. Most peasants cannot be redeemed at all because they do not have annual inspections or incomplete scrapping procedures.

“Actually, farmers need light trucks most, but because they don’t have old vehicles, they don’t even have a glance. The automobile to rural areas policy has contributed less to the sales of light trucks in the rural market than they thought.” Brand light truck dealers said.
