Experts believe that the project has successfully developed a fully automatic self-cleaning vertical leaf filter machine for the current situation of low efficiency, low automation and poor operating environment in the alumina production process. The main innovations are as follows:
1Using the high-position tank semen to backwash the filter cake, avoiding the dilution of the mother liquor with water in the traditional filtration process, achieving the purpose of water saving, steam saving and energy saving;
2Using a new filter cloth with high gas permeability, good mud discharge effect and strong regeneration ability and improved filter structure, the filtration efficiency is improved and the service life of the filter cloth is prolonged;
3 It is equipped with a complete inspection instrument and control system. The equipment has high automation and small maintenance, which improves the efficiency.
The equipment has low investment, low operating cost and significant economic benefits. The equipment has a production capacity of >1.4m3/m2·h, semen floats <10mg/l, and filter cloth life is not less than 90 days. The overall technology has reached the international advanced level. At the same time, experts suggest: to further optimize the equipment structure and improve the adaptability of equipment for different materials and production conditions.
