before use
Check the tire nut, the fastening bolts and the pin shaft for looseness, check the appearance and air pressure of the tire; check whether the appearance and position of the cleaning nozzle, spray device, etc. are normal;
Check the vehicle for oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage;
Check if the fuel, cooling water, lubricating oil and brake fluid are normal;
Check if the hydraulic oil tank is suitable, and the hydraulic fuel tank controls whether the ball valve is open;
Start the main and auxiliary engines, observe whether the operation is normal; check whether the car instrument, air pressure, light, service brake, hand brake, etc. are normal; the working pressure of the power take-off cylinder is (0.65~0.8) MPa, when the air pressure is satisfied , the power take-off is connected and disconnected normally;
After the inspection, each electronic control switch is set to the closed position or the neutral position;
Fill the jug with water.
Using
The water pump of the low-pressure waterway of the vehicle is driven by the power take-off of the chassis gearbox. During the cleaning operation, it is forbidden to operate the gearbox to shift gears;
In the cleaning operation, when the gearbox needs to be shifted, it should be stopped before shifting;
When operating the power take-off switch, stop first, press the clutch pedal, and then press the push button switch to make the power take-off unit (the indicator light is on). When not working, the switch must be pressed to reset (the light is off), so that the power take-off is disengaged and then driven;
The pump is strictly prohibited from running without water, otherwise the pump will be damaged. The water tank is equipped with a low water level alarm. When the alarm occurs, the work should be stopped in time to avoid water shortage damage.
After use
After use, the water filter element is often cleaned to keep it clear and intact, to prevent nozzle clogging and affect the use effect.
Before the decommissioning in winter, the water release and antifreeze work should be done. The water ball valves should be placed in the open position to prevent the water from freezing and cracking the valve body.
