18-year-old high school student arrested for robberies in the internet without money

Because she had no money to access the Internet and dared not speak to his family, Shen Yang, a 18-year-old high school student in Chuzhou District of Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, was arrested on suspicion of robbery of a woman in a residential district of her home. What makes him more unexpected is that the woman who was robbed was a teacher in his school.

At about 8 o'clock on the night of July 20, when Shen wandered around in the community he lived in, she saw a middle-aged woman who was single and returned home. She was carrying a bag and the other hand was carrying a convenient bag. Shen estimates that there may be some money in the package, so he followed the woman into Building 2. When the woman walked between the third floor and the fourth floor, Shen followed immediately and quickly stepped forward, cutting down the woman's right back neck with her right palm. The woman was immediately pushed to the ground and immediately turned to shout for help. Shen took the opportunity to snatch the bag from the women's hand and pushed her down. He walked down the stairs to the third floor of the turn. The woman reluctantly climbed up and asked her neighbor to call 110 for help.

Shen grabbed the bag and rushed to a quiet place to open the package. Found a bag of 1000 yuan in cash, a digital camera, a cell phone and ID cards, keys and other items. In order to prevent his family from discovering, Shen hides the contents of the package in a remote place, and then takes the money to the Internet. A few days later, Shen quietly brought home something he had snatched. He was inadvertently discovered by his parents. Shen lied about borrowing from his classmates to get through his parents.

At 8 o'clock in the morning on August 12th, Shen and one of his classmates went to the nearby police station to apply for an ID card and lent the grabbed mobile phone to the classmates for use. The police station found that the phone in Shen’s classmate's hand was similar to the robbed mobile phone described by the robbed woman. He asked the two to find the case.

After the incident was identified, the looted woman suffered a fracture of the left clavicle, swelling of the left shin, and skin damage of the arms and hands. The degree of injury constituted minor injuries. Chuzhou District Prosecutor's Office believes that Shen used violence to steal other people’s property, and his behavior has violated the provisions of Article 263 of the “PRC Criminal Law” and he was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
