The activities are divided into two major phases. The first phase establishes projects, collects data, and organizes investigations. Through analysis, experiments, etc. to find out the reasons and formulate improvement measures for the causes, the company will organize the review meeting and review the determined measures. The second stage is the implementation of the project. The project team is required to follow up and further analyze the implementation status. In the implementation process, it constantly proposes improvements to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation. The after-sales service center is responsible for tracking, and its evaluation is based on data. The team leader will carry out the summary according to the project schedule, and the quality management department will organize supervision and inspection. After the event is completed, it is required to summarize in the form of an 8D report.
