The kiln speed also depends on the grade of the calcined raw meal, special grade 80 ~ 85s / r, grade I 75 ~ 80s / r, grade II 65 ~ 70s / r. The amount of material to be discharged is 18 to 20 t/h. The density of clinker: special grade 3.27t/m 3 , grade I 3.07t/m 3 , grade II grade 2.80t/m 3 , II grade 2.60t/m 3 . Water absorption rate of clinker: special grade 2.4%～8.1%, grade I 3.0%～9.2%, grade II grade 3.8%～10.80%, II grade B 6.1%～ 15.90%. The refractoriness of clinker is greater than 1 790 °C. The sieve blanks are all less than 10% and the impurities are less than 4%.
