Daily maintenance content:
1. Check the air filter and coolant level;
2. Inspect the hose and all fittings for leaks;
3. Check the records, if the consumables have reached the replacement cycle, they must be stopped and replaced;
4. Check the record. When the exhaust temperature of the main unit reaches or approaches 98 °C, the oil cooler must be cleaned;
5. Check the record. If the separator pressure difference is above 0.6BAR (limit 1BAR) or the pressure difference begins to decrease, stop the separation core.
6. Check the condensate discharge. If the displacement is too small or there is no condensate discharge, the wash water separator must be shut down;
Monthly maintenance content:
1. Check the surface of the oil cooler and clean if necessary;
2. Clean the aftercooler;
3. Wash the water separator;
4. Check all wire connections and ban them;
5. Check the AC contactor contacts;
6. Clean the surface of the motor suction opening and the surface of the housing;
7. Clean the return filter;
Quarterly maintenance content:
1. The main motor is filled with grease;
2. Clean the main motor and fan motor;
3. Replace the coolant;
4. Replace the oil filter;
5. Clean the oil cooler;
6. Check the minimum pressure valve;
7. Check the sensor;
Annual maintenance content:
1. Replace the coolant;
2. Check the check valve;
3. Check the cooling fan;
4. Check the liquid cylinder or stepper motor and step limit device;
5. Safety valve calibration (sent to the labor bureau designated unit mandatory inspection).
