The flotation behavior of coarse-grained ore is mainly determined by physical factors (such as gravity, bubble size, slurry concentration, foam strength, etc.). In the flotation of coarse particles, due to its large weight, its shedding force increases, the following special process conditions should be adopted during flotation:
1) use a sufficient amount of the most effective collector ;
2) Increasing the aeration of the slurry, causing larger bubbles and increasing the amount of microbubbles precipitated in the water;
3) The mixing strength of the slurry should be appropriate, especially in the foam area, no eddy currents and agitation;
4) causing a rising slurry flow in the lifting and floating zone, and shortening the distance from which the mineralized bubble rises and falls;
5) Properly increase the concentration of the slurry;
6) The foaming should be rapid and stable.
