INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. Made from synthetic materials, they are suitable for most media-carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. We offer an ideal connection solution that is especially tailored for automotive pipe systems.
The design and production of these quick connectors strictly adhere to SAE J2044-2009 standards, which specify the requirements for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If our standard products do not meet your needs, we can customize them according to your specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure makes connecting and disconnecting faster and easier. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides, allowing for high-density arrangements and increased design flexibility for customers.
2) Security of Quick Connector
These quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure, using modified rubber o-rings that are resistant to fluid physics, chemistry, aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that no bonding occurs between the two sealing rings, and the outer synthetic rubber o-rings enhance mechanical properties while preventing air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell via an elastic clamping device, eliminating issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner o-ring, outer o-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the clip fastener to connect two connectors together, then pull back to ensure a secure connection. For repair or removal, push the male connector and press the clip button to unlock it, making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
