(2) Solvent preparation. Some water-insoluble agents can be dissolved in special solvents. For example, the white medicine is insoluble in water, but is soluble in 10% to 20% aniline solution, and can be used after being prepared into an aniline mixed solution.
(3) Formulated as a suspension or emulsion. For some solid agents that are not easily soluble, they can be formulated into emulsions. If the solubility of lime in water is small, the lime can be ground to a milky suspension (such as lime milk).
(4) Saponification. For fatty acid collector, saponification is the most commonly used methods, such as flotation of hematite, oxidized paraffin with soaps and tall oil with a collector cooperation. In order to saponify the tall oil, when the preparation is formulated, about 10% of sodium carbonate is added, and heated to form a hot soap solution.
(5) Emulsification. The method of emulsification is mechanical strong stirring, or ultrasonic emulsification, etc., after emulsification of fatty acids and diesel oil, they can increase their dispersion in the pulp and improve the efficacy. It is more effective to add an emulsifier. Emulsified oil (alkyl aryl sulfonate) is added to the milk and diesel oil in water, and many surface active substances can be used as an emulsifier.
(6) Acidification. When a cationic collector is used, since it is poor in water solubility, it must be pretreated with hydrochloric acid or acetic acid before being dissolved in water for flotation.

(7) Aerosol method. This is a new formulation method for strengthening the action of the medicament. (8) Electrochemical treatment of the agent. In the solution, the flotation agent is chemically treated by direct current, and the state of the agent itself, the pH value of the solution, and the redox potential value can be changed. Thereby, the concentration of the most active agent component is increased, the critical concentration of the gel particles is increased, and the degree of dispersion of the poorly soluble agent in water is improved.
