·China Automotive Green Dismantling System (CAGDS) officially launched

      On August 28, 2013, China Automotive Green Dismantling System (CAGDS), which was developed by China Automotive Technology and Research Center, was officially launched. Leaders from government, industry and enterprises witnessed the launch of CAGDS. The successful launch of CAGDS has filled the gap in the field of green dismantling information management of scrapped automobiles in China, adding a lot of color to the development of China's green car industry. Zhang Jianwei, deputy director of the China Automobile Center, attended the launching ceremony of CAGDS.
    CAGDS is an information platform built for automobile manufacturers to meet domestic and international regulatory requirements, implement producer responsibility, and provide technical support and guidance to scrap car recycling and dismantling enterprises. With the system, the vehicle enterprise can easily complete and report the release and release of the vehicle disassembly information, realize the efficient management of the vehicle disassembly data information, and at the same time, the dismantling enterprise can conduct online and real-time inquiry, and quickly and accurately guide the actual disassembly operation. . It can be said that CAGDS realizes the seamless connection between vehicle manufacturers and dismantling enterprises, and effectively solves the problem of poor communication between industries.
    CAGDS adopts a unified template management mode to facilitate different vehicle companies to select the corresponding dismantling structure according to their own models. In addition, CAGDS provides intelligent options such as disassembly methods, disassembly tools, recycling methods, and disassembly considerations. In order to facilitate the data backup of the enterprise, CAGDS also supports the function of the integrated export of the manual. The vehicle manufacturer can export the manuals for the disassembly of the PDF and WORD formats and carry out corresponding filing. In addition, CAGDS adopts an external registration, administrator-approved closed management model to ensure data security. The system also provides users with multiple convenience features such as copy models and enterprise log management to meet the various needs of different users.
