Autodesk, Schneider Electric Shape Future of Electrical Design and Engineering, Combat Climate Change

As the global energy landscape transforms rapidly, our approach to generating, distributing, utilizing, and storing energy is undergoing a dramatic shift. Fast forward two decades to 2040, and it's projected that renewable sources will account for 40% of the energy we consume, with numerous buildings achieving self-sufficiency. These changes are set to redefine architecture and design as we currently know them. When Autodesk and Schneider Electric embarked on this journey together, we were keenly aware of both the challenges and the immense opportunities ahead. Initially, we focused on reinventing the building design process to align with the evolving energy ecosystem. Now, we're moving beyond just envisioning the future and are actively exploring ways to deliver value not only to the industries we serve but also to our clients and the planet itself. At AU Virtual, Marc Nezet, Schneider Electric’s senior vice president, joined me in a conversation about dismantling barriers and integrating workflows into the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process. Our collaboration aims to create a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved in building design. Adapting to the New Energy Landscape With stricter regulations and the need for advanced digital solutions, we’re partnering to develop a cutting-edge electrical engineering design tool from Schneider Electric that leverages Autodesk’s robust cloud infrastructure. The ultimate goal? To construct buildings that are not only more sustainable but also energy-efficient, contributing positively to combating climate change. [Image: An electrical engineer working diligently in a modern office setting] BIM Empowers Electrical Engineers for the Future of Work While many mechanical engineers have embraced BIM, electrical engineers have faced hurdles due to regional standards, fragmented industries, and disjointed processes. This collaboration seeks to expedite their transition by developing a cloud-based service tailored for electrical designers using Autodesk Forge. This platform will offer users a cohesive and interconnected experience spanning concept development, schematic design, and detailed design stages, addressing current industry needs. This new solution intends to bridge significant gaps in BIM workflows for our shared clients, transforming Revit into a highly intelligent tool capable of managing unified and connected processes. Engineers will enjoy enhanced capabilities like load distribution mapping, power balancing, equipment sizing, and single-line diagramming. New Workflows Leave a Lasting Impact on Climate Change Schneider Electric’s tools enhance Revit, strengthening electrical design workflows. By harnessing machine learning and generative design, this innovative solution will suggest optimal infrastructure networks based on existing building plans, factoring in consumption patterns and performance metrics such as energy efficiency and carbon reduction goals. Marc Nezet, Schneider Electric’s senior vice president of Energy Management Software, explained, “Instead of starting from scratch every time, electrical engineers can draw inspiration from past projects to craft even more impressive designs.” He added, “With access to energy efficiency data, architects and engineers can push creative boundaries further while building on established frameworks.” The ideal outcome lies in linking the entire design process seamlessly—from inception through construction and operational phases—ensuring maximum energy efficiency throughout. This holistic approach promises a meaningful contribution toward mitigating climate change and enhancing carbon efficiency. Reflecting on 2020, we hope to look back with pride knowing we played a role in making a difference.

    Tyre

Construction machinery tires are divided into heavy dump truck tires, loader tires, excavator tires, scraper tires, bulldozer tires, and road roller tires. According to the tire cross-sectional shape, it can be divided into narrow base tires, wide base tires and ultra-wide base tires. The brands are as follows:
    First: Chaoyang Tire
    Second: Triangle tire
    Third: Linglong Tire
    Fourth: Magis Tire
    Fifth: Double money tires
    Sixth: Forward tires
    Seventh: Fengshen Tire
    Eighth: Chengshan Tire

    Ninth: Double Star Tire
