Early this morning, firefighters from Arlington Heights were called to a blaze at 1106 N Chestnut around 4 AM on Friday (1/10/20). Upon their arrival, they discovered flames engulfing an attached garage. As the situation escalated, it was upgraded to a MABAS Box Alarm, prompting mutual aid assistance from neighboring departments including Buffalo Grove, Mt. Prospect, Rolling Meadows, Wheeling, Palatine, and Prospect Heights.
