Di Fronzo, Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Chief Legal Officer, will be retiring at the end of this year after an incredible 23-year tenure at the company. Di Fronzo’s career at Autodesk has been nothing short of remarkable, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth and ongoing transformation.

Di Fronzo first joined Autodesk back in 1998, bringing his expertise to the table when he was appointed General Counsel in 2006. Since then, he has overseen all legal operations, advised the CEO and board of directors, and led efforts in government relations and corporate development. His work earned him the prestigious Legends in Law Award, recognizing his exceptional contributions as a corporate general counsel.
